Ordering
On placing your order, we will send you a receptacle to post the ashes to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to deliver them in person. Our process only requires a small amount of ashes, typically 1 tablespoon per item ordered. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece of memorial crystal.
Please note for reasons of security, we are only able to ship orders to addresses within the UK.

Online Ordering

- Ordering an item from this website can be done in a number of ways.
- By Email. This may be the preferred method of ordering it you wish to query an item e.g. for size. This may also be the preferred method of ordering if you wish to pay by cheque. Just email your order including item numbers and quantities, together with any special requirements, and we will send you an invoice via email for you to pay by cheque. Credit and debit card payments cannot be processed by this method.
- Selecting an item by clicking on the “Add to Basket” button. This will automatically add the item of your choice to the online shopping cart system. Multiple items can be added this way. When you have finished shopping, you can check your basket by pressing the “View Basket” button and then follow the instructions to complete your order. You will be given the option to create an account with us but this is optional. We currently use paypal to manage our credit card transactions as we do not need to store any details of this, but you are not required to register with PayPal in order to use this facility.
- By calling us We will process your credit/debit card details by phone.
