Dear Helen,….. I received my bracelet back this morning with the additional charm you hand crafted. Speaking to you about the design on the phone I suspected that it would be lovely, but never did I imagine it would be so beautiful. I unpacked it and immediately burst into tears! Not only have you made something subtle and obvious only to those who know what it is, but you have taken such consideration with the bracelet and the other existing charm. They complement each other beautifully – the solidity of my original charm and the almost transparency of the new one, representing those dear to me who are here in body and those who are here in spirit, so beautifully. I don’t know what else to say other than thank you, from the very bottom of my heart. I miss daddy every day but now I can be close to him every day. And I think he would have approved (but been very glad we didn’t go with pink!).So much love xx

Hi Helen I thought I ought to let you know how pleased my client was today when she saw the red heart necklace you made with her daughter’s ashes within. As I placed it around her neck her eyes filled with tears, she smiled and she said “she’s with me always now”.
