Shipments dispatched remain our responsibility until received by the recipient. eternity crystal is not responsible for items where delivery has been attempted but no signature was obtained by the delivery company.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell we are unable to offer a full returns policy. However if you for any reason unsatisfied with your order we can undertake to remake it as long as we are notified within 3o days of its receipt.
