Because each piece is made by hand to order, please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery from receipt of your loved-one’s ashes. We ship each item securely with Royal Mail however, if you’d prefer to collect your crystal glass memorial from our friendly workshop here in Somerset, you can be assured of an enthusiastic greeting from our company mascot, Jasper the Saluki Greyhound rescue dog!
