Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of your order. We will return your finished piece via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We operate under stringent guidelines to ensure that there is no cross-contamination of remains. At all times during the manufacturing process your order is overseen by our senior staff. Only one item is produced at any one time and you are very welcome to be present whilst your memorial glass is being made by appointment.
We are happy to discuss and price up any item that you request.
Yes, please fill in the words on the order form.
We advise that you retain a small portion of the remains if at all possible to avoid the heartbreak of such an eventuality. Adding your memorial glass to your household insurance should cover the cost of re-making your item.
Yes, you are welcome to visit at any time by appointment.
We will send you a ring sizer with your order pack. We recommend that you try the ring sizer in the morning, lunchtime & again in the evening as your fingers do swell slightly in the mornings. The required size will be indicated by the arrow on the sizer.
